Service

BIOTECHLAB provide service to its customers, both, in the different stages of the operation of the bought apparatuses and consumables, as well in the different kinds of the service:

The WARRANTY service of BIOTECHLAB is included in the sales price of the equipment except for the consumables for this equipment, such as filters, lamps, UV lamps and batteries.
The EXTRAWARRANTY service is offered as a percentage of the apparatus price, through both sides signed contract with the customer for annual service or against hourly pay.
Types of services:
Design and consulting on selecting a suitable equipment and consumables for the customer process
Transporting and locating the equipment at the place of its operation in the laboratory or the customer enterprise.
Commissioning and training of the laboratory staff.
Eliminating of visible and hidden defects.
Calibration and re-calibration.
Upgrading the existing equipment.
Inspection of the operating parameters of the equipment.

SERVICE OF LABORATORY equipment:

Introduction with the main characteristics and options of the laboratory equipment.
Jointly determination of the appropriate model depending on the work process and customer’s requirements.
Adaptation of the laboratory space with the demands of the equipment.
Commissioning and training of the laboratory staff in place and instructions for proper operation
Periodic service inspection of the equipment and prevention of possible defects by preventive cleaning or servicing of the critical elements.
Calibration by control instruments - thermometers, etc.
Performing IQ/OQ procedures and completing, together with the customer, the validation documentation provided by the equipment manufacturer.
Elimination of defective elements or replacing of the break down parts.

SERVICE OF BIOlogical safety cabinets AND LAMINAR flow cabinets:
IQ/OQ tests - measuring speeds in working volume, filter integrity, air cleanliness in the work area.
Air flow testing with evidence of flow direction.
Air temperature measurement in the work area.
Measurement of relative humidity in the working area.
Dismantling and installation of HEPA filters.

SERVICE for CONSUMABLES:
Theoretical introduction with the capabilities of the consumables, providing customers with technical literature and catalogs, providing references, providing certificates from the manufacturers of the consumables.
Supply of consumables with maximum shelf life.
Replacing of the consumables or appropriate alternative substitution if necessary.
